Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to Italy Standard delivery: 3–5 business days Free shipping on orders over €50.

Shipping to the European Union Standard delivery: 7–15 business days Flat rate: €4.99 – €7.99 depending on destination. Free shipping on orders over €75.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and more. Delivery times: 10–20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
